Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may exchange most of our products in their new, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery for a different item or a gift voucher. Please see below for further information on how to return an item. Special orders are however not returnable.

Before returning any item, you will need to communicate through e-mail at service@spilhaus.co.za to give you instructions and a return code. In accordance with international norms and for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are not returnable under any circumstances.

To return a non-defective product, the cost of the initial delivery and collection is charged to the customer in addition to the cost of us sending a replacement item where applicable.

Please note that sale items that are not a manufacturing defect are not returnable. Free delivery applies to an online purchase that is R2 500 or more and delivery and or collection may be charged if a returnable item/s bring the total below the R2 500.

Any order or part there of cancelled or returned after shipping will incur the cost of the courier fee as well as the uplift cost to return the goods to our warehouse.

Our goods are intended for use in an ordinary residential or domestic environment only and are not fit for any commercial or industrial use. Should you use our goods in a commercial or industrial environment, you do so entirely at your own risk, as our normal guarantees and warranties will not apply under these circumstances.
