I just bought something from the Spilhaus website. How long will it take to arrive?

All items in stock will be shipped within 2-4 working days of receiving a cleared payment for the order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative item or refund your purchase. 

Please note some items might take 5-7 working days but this is noted on the product.

 

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may exchange most of our products in their new, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery for a different item or a gift voucher. 

Please note that sale items that are not a manufacturing defect are not returnable. In accordance with international norms and for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are not returnable under any circumstances other than a manufacturing fault.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Depending on the bank of the cardholder, it takes 3 to 7 working days to reflect in the account.

How much does shipping cost?

Spilhaus offers free shipping to anywhere in South Africa for all orders over R2500.  For orders that are below R2500, there is a fee of R150.

Do you ship internationally?

Although we currently only accept orders for delivery within South Africa,customers may contactservice@spilhaus.co.zato arrange their own international couriers.
